There are various parks in the united states that have served for different purposes. These parks have stood the test of time and used to show the history of the country. Two of the parks that have changed throughout history are Central Park and Belle Isle. Each of these parks has different landscape architecture, and they have different roles in their location. The Central Park teachers people about how to be social and what America is all about. Central Park has been the focus of creating the identity of the American people (Dilsaver,2019, a).This is contrary to the Belle Isle park that is meant to sell specific products that of the preserved natural resources of the United States.
The landscape architecture of the central park offered diverse people a sense of common ground. The park was built with the idea that people from all walks of life will come with different ideas and share them at the same place. At Central Park, people from different originalities realize that everyone is the same. It is the exact thing that New York needed because it was the largest city in the Western Hemisphere by the middle of the 19th century (National Park Service,2019). More than half of the Citizens of New York at the time were all foreign-born and people who had come from different places. Immigrants were found in places such as the lower East Side, which was the most densely populated part of the world. In popular media. Central Park has represented the role played by New York City (Dilsaver 2019 b). The park was conceived as a refuge that was needed for the people at the time. It allowed people to forget that they were completely in the city because of the hard life presented by New York City. Central Park made its designers into celebrities with famous architectures such as Kelvin, who was an accomplished architect and had also designed the white House ground (Carroll, 2011). FrederickLow did not become a designer until he participated in designing Central Park and later on was known as the father of the American landscape architecture. His popularity in popular culture became imminent after his role in the park. This was the true democratic space where people could come together and see each other’s the same (Frost, and Laing, 2013). The land in Central Park was not an attractive piece of land because it was a swamp that was supposed to be transformed into a series of natural scenes that were focused on the English landscape traditions. The Landscape was rearranged radically. Before building Central Park, the city removed a village that was occupied by African-Americans who inhabit the place so that the construction took place for more than ten years and labor of mother 20000 labor men (Dilsaver 2019 b). For instance, Belle Isle has a lush oasis that is connecting Mac Arthur Bridge with Detroit. The MacArthur Bridge is rich in terms of its uniqueness in architectural design with fountains running through it with statues and lagoons that are man-made (Frost, and Laing, 2013). MacArthur Bridge has acted as a coast guard post and the William Livingston memorial. Belle Isle is the only lighthouse marble in the entire Nation (Cialdella, 2014).Other important information that he was able to witness he saw at the time acted as the home of the dossin Great Lakes Museum. This museum acted as a preservative for the celebration of maritime history for Great Lakes and the Detroit river IN surrounding areas. The museum was at the time boasting of the largest collection of model ships and other boats. In the media, this place is currently known for its rich history and is one of the most famous parks in the whole world. The popular media have also included several documentaries that show the improvement that has been made through time. In sport, Belle Isle has acted as a sports center where various sports are allowed for the tourists who want to experience the rich cultural diversities in America.

Description of the Interview
William Jones visited Belle Isle Park in the year 1940. He visited the place as a twelve-year-old. He says that during his visit, he saw a place that boasted of nature with large areas that were wooded. At the time, the place was a picnic Pavilion. His experience in the park involved accessing the beach and a playground (Carroll, 2011): As a child, he was a sports fan and enjoyed the baseball fields, a basketball coat, and a small golf course. He was also taken to the elegant Detroit Yacht Club, which is the Nation’s oldest club for rowing. The majority of his experiences were based around the sports and how pleased he was with the sports and how released he was with their spots that were offered by bell isle Park (National Park Service,2019). The structure that he saw during his time was Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory, which was a conservatory known in most parts of the country has the oldest conservatory within the United States. He was fascinated with the conservatory because of the stories that he had heard about Anna Scripps Whitcomb. Albert had designed it can after the building was opened in the year 1904 and therefore was relatively new at the time that he had visited with the place (Dilsaver,2019 a).Various reconstructions have happened to the time, and Renovations have also been taking place after the initial setup.
