Being the current human resource manager (HR) of Dusit Technology Company, I am proposing we set up a daycare facility, especially for the employees of the company. Daycare facility that will be all-inclusive children, who are physically fit and the disabled one by encouraging zero tolerance to any form of discrimination in the institution. This facility will help in ensuring strict adherence to company policies as per the set time of arrival at work.

However, there will be a few risks which will be incurred in setting up the facility. Although the gains will be more the following uncertainties will be witnessed; INsecurity peril, fitness risk, statutory liability and staffing risk.
